How do I make a return/exchange?Updated 2 months ago

You can start your return or exchange through our returns portal:

1. Enter your order number and zip code.

2. Choose whether you’d like a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

3. Decide if you’d like to drop it off at a Happy Returns location or mail it back to us.

4. Submit your return to get your QR code or USPS return label.

Note: We’re unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders. International customers are kindly asked to handle creating a shipping label and covering the cost of return shipping.
