1. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus an $11.95 shipping fee and an additional $5.00 restocking fee for each item beyond the first.
   
   
2. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
   
   
3. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition with tags attached. Merchandise brought to a Happy Returns location will be verified by a returnista. 
   
   
4. Merchandise returned beyond 30 days up to 60 days will receive a refund in the form of online store credit whether returned by mail or at a Happy Returns location. 
   
   
5. Maggy London only accepts returns for items purchased from our website.
   
   
6. We are unable to create prepaid return labels for international orders. International customers returning items are responsible for creating shipping labels.
